Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all platform fee payments made to SSSP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ("Trade Gemini") via tradegeminiai.in. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

What You Are Paying For

Trade Gemini charges a platform fee of 2% of your declared trading capital each time your trading account reaches a profit milestone (approximately 5–7% cumulative return). This fee is charged for continued access to automated trade execution services for the next trading cycle.

Example: If you declare β‚Ή1,00,000 as your capital, the platform fee is β‚Ή2,000 per profit cycle. This fee is charged after your trading profits reach the milestone threshold, not before.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment: If the same fee is charged more than once for the same cycle due to a technical error
  • Payment processing error: If money is debited from your account but the platform did not receive confirmation (pending reconciliation)
  • Service not delivered: If a platform failure prevented all trading activity during the cycle for which you paid

βœ— Not Eligible for Refund

  • Platform fees paid for a cycle during which trades were executed (service was delivered)
  • Losses incurred from automated trades β€” trading losses are not refundable as they are a market risk, not a platform error
  • Fees paid due to dissatisfaction with trading strategy performance
  • Fees paid voluntarily to resume trading after a milestone
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date

Cancellation Policy

Trade Gemini operates on a pay-per-cycle model, not a subscription with recurring auto-charges. There is no automatic renewal β€” each payment is a one-time, voluntary action to resume trading for the next cycle.

  • You can stop using the platform at any time without any cancellation penalty
  • Simply do not make the next cycle payment and your automated trading will remain paused
  • To permanently close your account, email info.tradegemini@gmail.com
  • Your broker API keys stored by us will be deleted within 5 business days of account closure

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the payment date at:

Include in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Payment date and amount
  • Payment transaction ID or UTR number
  • Reason for refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 business days from the date of acknowledgement.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card)
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval (depends on your bank)
  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable

Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect amount was charged, or a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately at info.tradegemini@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. We will cooperate fully with payment gateway disputes and provide all transaction records to resolve them promptly.
